Ch Olvinglay Gan Amhras JW SGWC

Brosnan was bred in Italy by Giovanni Monteverde. His father was bred and lives in Ireland, so when this cracking young puppy was stood up on the table at 8 weeks, the name Gan Amhras seemed absolutely appropriate – it means 'without doubt' and he has so far proved that he is 'without doubt' a very special dog. The call name Brosnan also had the Irish nod, after one of Ireland's most famous exports.

Brosnan quickly achieved every task we have asked of him, Junior Warrant, Best Puppy group wins, he loved gundog training and is a natural in the water. He took his Show Gundog Working Certificate at a field trial shortly after winning his third ticket. He was also winner of the Gundog Group at Scottish Kennel Club in May 2026 the same show that Gibson won the puppy group, the team were on fire that day! Brosnan loves gundog work and is a very important member of the picking up team. We are so very proud of him, he is also producing puppies that are already winning at Championship Show level. His health clearances are exemplary as is his temperament.
